Ingredients : • 1-Full Blow Desiccated coconut, jaggergy,
milkmade, cashwenuts, pumpkin seeds, Almonds, Raisins, ghee. • Cashew nuts: 25
gm, almonds: 25 gm, pumpkin seeds: 25 gm, raisins:25gms, Ghee 2 full spoon. •
Serving 2 ladoos per day good for health for all people.
Method : Preparation time: 20 minutes. We
prepared 3 different types of coconut ladoos which is instantly made using
milkmade, jaggergy and dates. For this first take a pan and put in low flame,
pour the ghee, one the ghee melts, add almonds, cashewnuts and pumpkin seeds
and roast it and keep it aside. (2) In the same pan, add the desiccated coconut
and roast for few minutes with the ghee. Turn off the flame when you get the
nice aroma from the coconut and keep it aside. (3) For jaggergy ladoos take a
pan and melt the jaggegy until the nice fragrance is come. (3) Once the
jaggergy become thick and melt, (3) Mix the roasted coconut and all the dry
fruits in it. (4) Add the raisins and mix it well and allow the mixture to cool
down a bit. Once the mix is cool enough to handle, grease your palms with ghee
and take small quantity around 2 tablespoon of the mix in your palms and start
binding it to give a round shape. Finally the coconut ladoos enriched with dry
fruits are ready to serve. Share this with others and eat it daily in the form
of snack for better health. Keep the ladoos in an air tight container and serve
as needed. 2nd type of ladoos using milkmade: For this first take a pan and put
in low flame, pour the ghee, one the ghee melts, add almonds, cashewnuts and
pumpkin seeds and roast it and keep it aside. (2) In the same pan, add the
desiccated coconut and roast for few minutes with the ghee. Turn off the flame
when you get the nice aroma from the coconut and keep it aside. (3)Take a blow
add desiccated coconut, dry fruits and 4 -5 table spoons of milk made for
binding the ladoos. (4) For flavour you can also add the one table spoon of
rooh afza. (5) Mix all the ingredients together, take small quantity around 2
tablespoon of the mix in your palms and start binding it to give a round shape.
Finally the coconut ladoos enriched with dry fruits are ready to serve. Share
this with others and eat it daily in the form of snack for better health. Keep
the ladoos in an air tight container and serve as needed.
Any Medicinal/ Therapeutic properties : Good and
healthy for kids and for all age group people at the time of snacks. This is
the healthier alternative to salty and sugary snacks.
